In order for a legal person to use e-services available to a person identified by the portal Kadastrs.lv, its representative needs to establish access to the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My account”, which is an environment in which you can communicate with the State Land Service (VZD) and manage your orders. A legal person who has not been contracted to use the portal kadastrs.lv may, when applying for a legal person's kadastrs.lv account, use the portal's kadastrs.lv capabilities as any natural person:
- view the details of the orders registered by your VZD;
- follow the status of order execution;
- receive information from the VZD on the execution of the order;
- submit additional documents necessary to complete the order;
- receive documents prepared as a result of the execution of the order;
- view the invoices issued by the VZD;
- to pay VZD invoices;
- order electronic services and see detailed information about them.

Once an account has been created, the persons identified in the application (e.g. employees) will have the possibility to use e-services on behalf of the legal person by connecting the portal Kadastrs.lv with the electronic identification means of the portal Latvija.lv.
