Browsing Cadastre Text Data

As part of the e-service, you can browse through the text data of the Cadastre Information System in the Kadastrs.lv portal:
1. An unidentified person may, free of charge, browse general information regarding immovable property and other cadastre objects (unit of land, structure, group of premises).
2. An identified person may, free of charge, browse through the detailed information regarding the immovable property and the cadastre object (unit of land, structure, group of premises).
3. an identified person may, for a fee, browse the information regarding the cadastre subject (owner of real estate, legal possessor, user).

In order to browse the data regarding the cadastre subject (owner of real estate, legal possessor, user), paying for it once a month, it is necessary to enter into a contract (see the related service “Conclusion of the Agreement for the Use of the Portal Kadastrs.lv”).
