As part of the e-service, thematic cards created by the National Land Service (VZD) can be browsed as a separate slice of the map in the Kadastrs.lv portal.
Thematic cards have an informative nature.

The e-service is available for free.

  1. Service Information
    More detailed information on the service is available in the “Services” section of the www.vzd.gov.lv website - > “Information Services” - > “Portal Kadastrs.lv Services” - > “Browse Thematic Maps of the State Land Service”.

  2. Service requests
    You may receive an e-service:
    - in the “Electronic Services” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “View thematic cards, select and download data” - > “Thematic Cards”;
    - using the portal Latvija.lv e-service “Browsing thematic maps of the State Land Service”.

  3. Receipt of services
    The e-service may be used for one hour from the time of opening the thematic map.
    If the period of use of the e-service has not expired (one hour), you can restore a discontinued e-service:
    - in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account” - > “E-Service History”, by selecting the “Open Card” button on the entry for the e-service.
    - in the “My Workplace” section of the portal Latvija.lv - > “Chat” - > “Received” by repeatedly clicking on the e-service link “Start using e-service”.
