Within the scope of the service, the text data of the Cadastre Information System may be received in a standardised amount (information blocks that summarize the data of a particular composition) in an XML format using the web services.

The processing of the text data of the Cadastre Information System on cadastre subjects shall only be carried out by the State Land Service (SSD) in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) the demands.
