Service requests
Services can be received:
1. On-line as an e-service portal in Kadastrs.lv under the heading “Electronic Services” - > “Portal” - > “Receive Cadastre Data”.
As part of the e-service, it is possible to obtain standard information online immediately after payment of the service.
2. when submitting an application:
2.1. in electronic form:
- by means of a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp, by sending a signed application to any NCD Customer Service Centre (CAC) e-mail address or official VZD e-mail address.
- using the “Proposal, complaint, question or request” service of the portal Latvija.lv. In this case, the request may not be signed by electronic signature.
2.2. after prior recording in person in any CAC of the SSD.
When ordering a service in person, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) and the authorised person - including an authorisation document, must be presented.
2.3. by post, by sending a request to any CAC address of the SSD.
Fulfillment
You can receive standard information online immediately after you pay the service.
If an order is drawn up for the service, the VZD starts the order on the next working day after payment of the prepayment invoice.
Receipt of services
The standard information prepared as a result of the performance of the service may be received:
1. As part of an online e-service, in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account” - > “E-service history”, where the required standard information will be available electronically without a signature or electronically via eZemmog at the entry of the e-service in the PDF format file.
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
2. in the form indicated in the request:
- in the Kadastrs.lv portal, under “My Portal” - > “My account” - > “My orders in the VZD” electronic form (PDF or XLS format file) at the order entry.
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
- e-mail or e-mail;
- after recording in person in any CAC of the SSD;
Upon receipt of the document VZD CAC, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced and the authorised person shall also be empowered.
- by post (postal charges are paid by the interrogator).
