Service requests
By 31 December of each year, any user of the portal (without authentication or authorisation) can browse the estimated cadastral values for the following year, free of charge, online in the “Cadastre Information System” section of the Portal, by searching for the property, unit of land, or premises of interest. group of units by cadastre number/designation or by entering the address/name of the property. The estimated cadastral value (in EUR) of the cadastre objects concerned will be visible by clicking on the cadastre number/designation.
Any person, by submitting a written application of a free form indicating the cadastre object (real estate, unit of land, structure, group of premises or part of a unit of land) cadastre number/designation and type of receipt of information, may request:
1) to recalculate the estimated cadastral value published in the Portal for the following year, if, after 1 June of the calendar year, the Cadastre Information System has updated the data describing and affecting the cadastre object (area, construction period, construction period, construction depreciation, well-establishment, land quality and other physical indicators of the installation, purpose of use and kind, encumbrance, value zoning). As a result of the performance of the service, the VZD recalculates the estimated cadastral value published in the Portal and draws up a document entitled “Information on the estimated cadastral value of the cadastre object” with an informative nature.
2) a written statement in the form of a document regarding the estimated cadastral value published in the Portal for the following year. As a result of the execution of the service, the VZD shall prepare a document on the estimated cadastral value published in the Portal for the following year, which has an informative nature.
3) to calculate the estimated cadastral value of the cadastre object for the following year, if a new cadastre object has been registered in the Cadastre Information System after 1 June of the calendar year.
Service can also order:
- by sending a free-form electronic application (signed with a secure electronic signature and time stamp) to the official e-address of the SSD or the e-mail address of any VZD customer service centre;
- written in person after the previous recording in any customer service centre of the SSD. The recipient of the service shall sign a request for an order drawn up in the customer service centre or submit a written application in a free form. - by post, by sending a request to the address of any VZD customer service centre;
- using the “Proposal, Complaint, Question or Request” e-service on the Latvija.lv portal, where the request may not be signed with a secure electronic signature as the person's electronic identification has been carried out.

In order to calculate or recalculate the estimated cadastral value, the cadastre object (real estate, unit of land, part of the unit of land, structure, group of premises) must be registered in the Cadastre Information System.
The SLS note on the basis of your request to the employee registers the order and shall draw up a prepayment invoice for services.
If the request is received electronically or by mail, we will send the invoice to your e-address if it is created and an e-address account is activated, or to an e-mail address. When you make a request to the VZD customer service center, you will receive an invoice when you register the order.
If the prepayment invoice neapmaksāsiet prescriptions during the 30 calendar days after his discharge, we suppose you have given up on the service and order anulēsim.

The SLS note begins to perform an order of the working day following the adoption of the order and the prepayment invoice settlement.
Before receiving the service, the person shall pay it:
– any VZD customer service centre with a payment card via a POS terminal;
– in a credit institution, post office or via the internet banking of a credit institution.Receipt of services
The information generated as a result of the execution of the service may be obtained by:
- in the “My Account” section of the portal kadastrs.lv;
For the recipient of the service, the file will be available on the kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.

- by post;
- written in person after the previous recording in any customer service centre of the SSD. Upon receipt of the document at the VZD customer service centre, a personal identification document - a passport or identity card (ID card) and an authorised person - including a mandate) must be produced.
