Service requests
Services can be received:
- in the “Electronic Services” section of the service portal Kadastrs.lv - > “Receive Cadastre Data” - > “Historical Cadastral Value”.
When requesting an e-service, the date to which the historical cadastral value is required (from 1 January 2010) must be stated.
2. when submitting a request:
2.1. in electronic form:
- by means of a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp, by sending a signed application to any NCD Customer Service Centre (CAC) e-mail address or official VZD e-mail address.
- using the “Proposal, complaint, question or request” service of the portal Latvija.lv. In this case, the request may not be signed by electronic signature.
2.2. after prior recording in person in any CAC of the SSD.
When ordering a service in person, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) and the authorised person - including an authorisation document, must be presented.
2.3. by post, by sending a request to any CAC address of the SSD.
An order execution containing restricted availability information shall only be initiated by the VZD after verifying the identity of the person in the CAC.

Fulfillment
VZD starts order execution on the next working day after payment of the prepayment invoice.
Receipt of services
1. The information generated as a result of the execution of the service may be obtained by:
- online in the “My Portal” section of the Kadastrs.lv portal - > “My Account”, where the relevant e-service record shows the historical cadastral value of the real estate at the requested date (if you requested the service using the “Historic Cadastral Value” service of the portal Kadastrs.lv)
2. in the form specified in the request:
- in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account”;
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
- e-mail or e-mail;
- after pre-recording in any CAC of the SSD;
Upon receipt of the document VZD CAC, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced and the authorised person shall also be empowered.
- by post (postal charges are paid by the interrogator).
The document will be sent in the form of a recorded mailing if it contains restricted availability information.
