Service requests
1. In order to obtain the current text and spatial data of the Cadastre Information System in the “Planning and Forest Inventory” e-service, the Agreement with the VZD should be concluded.
Following the conclusion of the Agreement, services are requested under the “Information for professional activity” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv — > “Planning and forest inventory”.
2. Until entering into a contract with the VZD, the current text and spatial data of the Cadastre Information System may be received by submitting an appropriate request, accompanied by a registration certificate in the State Revenue Service of Economic Activities:
2.1. in electronic form:
- by means of a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp, by sending a signed request to any NCD Customer Service Centre (CAC) e-mail address or official VZD e-mail address.
- using the “Proposal, complaint, question or request” service of the portal Latvija.lv. In this case, the request may not be signed by electronic signature.
2.2. after prior recording in person in any CAC of the SSD.
Important! When ordering a service in person, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) and the authorised person - including an authorisation document, must be presented.
2.3. by post, by sending a request to any CAC address of the SSD.
An order execution containing restricted availability information shall only be initiated by the VZD after verifying the identity of the person in the CAC.
Fulfillment
If the information is requested by submitting a request pending the conclusion of the contract with the VZD, the VZD shall start the execution of the order on the next working day following payment of the prepayment invoice.
Receiving the order
1. On-line in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account” where a file with the text and spatial data of the Cadastre Information System prepared within the framework of the e-service will be added to the relevant e-service entry (if you requested the service using the Kadastrs.lv e-service)
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
