Service requests
An application for the receipt of a service may be submitted:
1. by electronic means:
- by means of a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp, by sending a signed application to any NCD Customer Service Centre (CAC) e-mail address or official VZD e-mail address.
- using the “Proposal, complaint, question or request” service of the portal Latvija.lv. In this case, the request may not be signed by electronic signature.
2. after pre-recording in any CAC of the SSD.
When ordering a service in person, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) and the authorised person - including an authorisation document, must be presented.
3. by post, by sending a request to any CAC address of the VZD.
The order execution for receiving restricted availability information shall only be initiated by the VZD after verifying the identity of the person in the CAC.
Fulfillment
VZD starts order execution on the next working day after payment of the prepayment invoice.
Receipt of services
The performance of the service shall only be prepared by the SSD in the form of an electronic document. If you want to receive a paper-based document, the VZD will produce a certified copy of the electronic document in paper form.
The document drawn up may be received in the form specified in the request:
- in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account”;
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
- e-mail or e-mail;
- after pre-recording in any CAC of the SSD;
Upon receipt of the document VZD CAC, a personal identification document (passport or ID card) must be produced and the authorised person shall also be empowered.
- by post (postal charges are paid by the interrogator).
The document contains restricted access information, so the VZD will send it in the form of a recorded mailing.
