Service requests
The VZD provides services to merchants on the basis of a written agreement, the Agreement on Cooperation in the Performance of Graduate Works.
An application for the preparation of the contract shall be sent to the e-mail address: klienti@vzd.gov.lv or by post to the address on Pushkin Street 14, Riga, LV-1050, or shall be submitted personally to the corporate client and data service.
The contract shall be signed by hand (in paper form) or by electronic means (with a secure electronic signature and time stamp). The Agreement shall enter into force when it is signed and registered in the register of contracts of the VZD. Registration of the contract shall be informed by electronic means.
If there is no cooperation agreement with the VZD, additional payment information may be ordered at any VZD customer service centre.
When entering into a contract, the land installation shall request data in the “Information for Professional Activities” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv using the e-service “Planning and Forest Inventory”.
Receipt of services
You can receive the service:
- in the “My Account” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv;
- the SLS note onsite at customer service centre.
