Service requests
The service may be received by submitting an application:
1. by electronic means:
- by means of a secure electronic signature containing the time stamp, by sending a signed application to any NCD Customer Service Centre (CAC) e-mail address or official VZD e-mail address.
- using the “Proposal, complaint, question or request” service of the portal Latvija.lv. In this case, the request may not be signed by electronic signature.
2. after pre-recording in any CAC of the SSD.
When ordering a service in person, a personal identification document (passport or identity card (ID card)) and the authorised person - including an authorisation document, must be presented.
3. by post, by sending a request to any CAC address of the VZD.
Fulfillment
VZD starts order execution on the next working day after payment of the prepayment invoice.
Receipt of services
The information prepared as a result of the performance of the service may be received in the form specified in the application:
- in the “My Portal” section of the portal Kadastrs.lv - > “My Account”
The attached file will be available on the Kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
