Published in the form of open data:
- current text data in XML format files;
- current spatial data in SHP format files;
- Directive 2007/2/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14.03.2007 establishing an Infrastructure for Spatial Information in the European Community (INSPIRE) (hereinafter referred to as the INSPIRE Directive), in Annex I, corresponding to the theme “Cadastral parcels”, in the form of WMS (image) and WFS (download) web services;
- data corresponding to the topic “Buildings” of Annex III to the INSPIRE Directive in the form of WMS (image) and WFS (download) web services.
Generally available data of the Cadastre Information System have been published in the form of open data. Data containing restricted access information (e.g. information on objects important for national security and national protection, plans for building floors and plans for a group of premises) or available only to an identified person (e.g. owner, legal possessor, user) shall not be available in the form of open data. data and room characteristics).

Receipt of services The Latvian Open Data Portal can retrieve text data in XML format and spatial data IN SHP format.
In the form of geometrical WMS and WFS web services, data relevant to the topic “Cadastral parcels” of Annex I to the INSPIRE Directive (areas identified in cadastre registers or similar systems) and Annex III, “Buildings” (geographical location of buildings) may be retrieved.
