Within the scope of the service, a person certified in the performance of land cadastral survey work as a person employed by the merchant, an individual merchant or performer of economic activity, may receive the information necessary for the performance of the land cadastral survey work on the portal Kadastrs.lv:
- to receive, free of charge, the current text and spatial data of the Cadastre Information System on the portal Kadastrs.lv;
- receive archive documents in the form of a fee service in the portal Kadastrs.lv, including a standard archive material set (i.e. documents in conformity with the regulatory enactment regarding the provisions of the land cadastral survey);
- receive, free of charge, the spatial data of the previously performed cadastral survey in the format of vector data.
Service requests
In order to receive the information necessary for the performance of the activities of the cadastral survey of land, the Agreement on Cooperation for the Performance of Gracial Works should be concluded.
Receipt of services
Upon conclusion of the Agreement, the services shall be requested and received in accordance with the procedures laid down in the Treaty under the heading “Information for professional activity” of the portal Kadastrs.lv
