Registration of the unit of land, part of the unit of land, updating of the Cadastre information system from the cadastral survey documents

Getting the service:
In the performance of land cadastral survey work, a certified person may perform the activities of the cadastral survey of land and co-operate with the VZD on the basis of a written agreement - a contract regarding cooperation for the performance of measuring work.

The cooperation model shall ensure the receipt of the necessary data and the electronic submission of the land cadastral survey file by means of the VZD data publishing and e-service portal www.kadastrs.lv.

Documents of the cadastral survey of land shall be submitted to the Cadastre object registration or updating of data in the Cadastre information system together with the submission of the initiator (land owner) and a performer of the cadastral survey of the land shall be received.

An initiator's application for the division or merger of units of land in one immovable property, which is addressed simultaneously to the VZD and the relevant district (city) court, shall be submitted to the VZD.

If the registration or updating of the data of the cadastre object is not related to the division or pooling of land units entered in the Land Register in one immovable property, the submission of the initiator (land owner) for the registration of the cadastre object or the updating of the data shall be addressed to the VZD.
