The text data of the Cadastre Information System regarding the cadastre subject (owner of real estate, legal possessor, user) may be constantly browsed in the portal Kadastrs.lv.
The right to carry out the processing of the text data of the Cadastre Information System on cadastre subjects (for example, browsing or searching by personal code) shall only be ensured by the State Land Service (VZD) in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free of such data circulation and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Service requests
In order to receive the service, an agreement must be concluded with the VZD.
Receipt of services
Upon mutual signature of the contract, the data of the cadastre subject may be browsed by conducting the search of the cadastre object in the section “Cadastre Information System” of the portal Kadastrs.lv.
