Service requests
As part of the service, the user has the option:
1. browse through data on orders registered by VZD (for example, on orders ordered at the VZD customer service center on site). You can see the following information about orders:
- “order number” - unique identification number assigned to the order;
- “order part number” - the part number of the registered order within the order;
- “creation date” - the date on which the order is registered;
- “order name” - the name of the service to be performed within the order;
- “object” - the identifier of the object for which an e-service is requested (e.g. the cadastre designation of the unit of land);
- “scheduled due date” - the date by which the Service will execute the order if the order is due;
- “status” - information about the status of the service that enables you to follow the course of the order;
2. design a new VZD service by selecting an e-service of interest from the list of services available on the portal kadastrs.lv.Receipt of services
The e-service is available on the portal in latvija.lv.
