Service requests
In order to receive the service, the following condition must be fulfilled:
- the prepared cadastre document or land border plan has been registered in the Cadastre.
The following documents must be submitted for the service:
1. a cadastre document (for example, the case of the cadastral survey of the building, the land border plan), the conformity of which you wish to check the data recorded in the Cadastre;
2. Mandate if the request is submitted by the authorised person.
Submit Request
Service can also order:
- by sending an electronic application (signed with a secure electronic signature and time stamp) to the electronic mail address of any VZD customer service centre;
- the SLS note onsite at customer service centre. The recipient of the service shall sign a request for an order drawn up in the customer service centre or submit a written application in a free form. The SLS note ordering services, customer service centre, you have to present personal identification document - Passport or identity card (ID card), but plenipotentiary person - including the power of attorney;
- by post, by sending a request to the address of any VZD customer service centre (the execution of the service will only be initiated after verifying the identity of the person in the VZD customer service centre);
- sending an electronic request using the e-service “Proposal, Complaints, Issue or Request” via the national administration services portal www.latvija.lv. In this case, the request for information may not be signed by electronic signature as the person's electronic identification has been carried out. The request shall be accompanied by the documents necessary for the performance of the service (for example, an authorisation document), which have been drawn up in conformity with the requirements specified in regulatory enactments and signed with a secure electronic signature and contain a time stamp.
Order registration
The SLS note on the basis of your request to the employee registers the order and shall draw up a prepayment invoice for services.
The bill will be sending you to the e-mail address, if the request is received electronically or by post.
When you request Departmental customer service centre will receive an order bill at the time of registration.
If the prepayment invoice neapmaksāsiet prescriptions during the 30 calendar days after his discharge, we suppose you have given up on the service and order anulēsim.

Fulfillment
The SLS note begins to perform an order of the working day following the adoption of the order and the prepayment invoice settlement.
Receiving the order
As a result of the performance of the service, the conformity of the cadastre document at the disposal of the person with the data recorded in the Cadastre has been verified, and a stamp print shall be affixed to the cadastre document, which shall indicate the conformity of the data reflected in the cadastre document in the Cadastre.
You will receive the documents prepared as a result of the execution of the service in the form and place specified in your application:
- in the “My Account” section of the portal kadastrs.lv;
For the recipient of the service, the file will be available on the kadastrs.lv portal for 90 calendar days.
- by e-mail;
- by mail to the specified address;
- in person at any of the SLS note for all in-scope Colgate Countries.
