Get a service
An apartment property shall be formed if:
- the legal possessor of the apartment wishes to strengthen the right to the apartment acquired as a result of privatisation in the Land Register;
- the owner of the building wants to split the apartment house into apartment properties and register each apartment as a separate apartment property;
- the apartment owner wishes to split one apartment property into several apartment properties;
- as a result of reconstruction or refurbishment, public spaces are transformed into apartment property;
- as a result of the renovation, the residential house has changed in size and a new group of rooms is constructed, which is intended to be registered as an apartment property.
As a result of the service, an apartment property shall be registered in the State Real Estate Cadastre Information System (Cadastre).
The service may be ordered if the group of premises has been cadastrally measured (i.e. a prepared case for the cadastral survey of a group of premises) and registered in the Cadastre.
In the event that an apartment property is wanted to be created in residential properties for an undivided multi-apartment house, the order “Opinion on the distribution of a building in residential properties” must be carried out from the outset.
